Descrição da Vaga

Buscamos um(a) Vendedor(a) Sênior com sólida experiência em vendas de produtos financeiros ou bancários. Conhecimento prévio no ramo de seguros ou garantias é um diferencial. A principal responsabilidade é prospectar novos clientes e estabelecer relacionamentos, com ênfase em contatos por telefone, reuniões virtuais e, ocasionalmente, visitas presenciais. Após criar o rapport com potenciais clientes, o(a) profissional irá repassar essas contas para a equipe interna de produtores comerciais que conduzirão as negociações seguintes.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Identificar e prospectar ativamente potenciais clientes por meio de ligações "frias", redes de contato e outras estratégias de prospecção.
  • Realizar demonstrações e apresentações sobre os serviços de garantias, destacando benefícios e diferenciais competitivos.
  • Manter relacionamentos sólidos com prospects, criando confiança e construindo reputação de especialista em garantias financeiras.
  • Organizar e conduzir reuniões (virtuais e/ou presenciais), bem como realizar follow-ups constantes até o momento de repassar o cliente para os produtores internos.
  • Acompanhar tendências de mercado em garantias e produtos financeiros, identificando oportunidades para alavancar as vendas.
  • Cumprir ou superar metas de vendas e indicadores de desempenho definidos pela empresa.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Experiência sólida em vendas de produtos financeiros/bancários; conhecimento em seguros ou garantias será considerado um diferencial.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação, com capacidade de construir rapport rapidamente por telefone e em reuniões presenciais.
  • Foco em resultados, organização e disciplina para gerenciar o pipeline de vendas.
  • Mentalidade voltada para prospecção ativa e abertura de novos negócios.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente em São José dos Campos (SP) e para eventuais visitas externas.
  • Carisma e habilidade de se relacionar com pessoas de diferentes perfis, demonstrando empatia e confiança no contato inicial.
  • Graduação em Administração, Marketing, Economia ou áreas correlatas (desejável).

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in selling financial or banking products. Prior knowledge in insurance or guarantees is a plus. The main responsibility is to prospect new clients and build relationships, emphasizing phone outreach, virtual meetings, and occasional on-site visits. Once a strong rapport is established, the Senior Sales Executive will pass qualified clients on to the in-house sales producers who will continue negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Deliver presentations highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages of our guarantee solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, positioning yourself as a trusted expert in financial guarantees.
  • Organize and lead virtual or in-person meetings, performing regular follow-ups until handing over clients to internal producers.
  • Stay updated on market trends in guarantees and financial products to uncover opportunities and drive sales.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Solid experience in sales of financial/banking products; knowledge of insurance or guarantees is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and in person.
  • Results-driven mindset, strong organization, and discipline to manage a sales pipeline.
  • Proactive approach to prospecting and new business development.
  • Availability for on-site work in São José dos Campos (SP) and occasional external visits.
  • Charisma and ability to connect with diverse audiences, demonstrating empathy and confidence in initial contact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields (preferred).
