O que você vai fazer?
Como Técnico(a) De Serviços Campo Jr, Você Será Responsável Por Garantir o Funcionamento Ideal Dos Equipamentos Em Campo, Oferecendo Suporte Técnico De Qualidade e Contribuindo Diretamente Para a Satisfação Dos Clientes. Suas Principais Atividades Incluem

• Realizar instalação, realocação, requalificação, manutenção preventiva e corretiva de equipamentos
• Diagnosticar falhas técnicas e propor soluções eficazes
• Prestar suporte remoto quando necessário
• Comunicar-se com clientes para entender necessidades e explicar os serviços realizados
• Gerenciar seu estoque de peças e infraestrutura fornecida (computador, celular, carro, ferramentas)
• Documentar atividades no sistema de ordens de serviço com precisão
• Participar de treinamentos técnicos contínuos promovidos pela empresa ou fabricantes
• Reportar oportunidades de melhoria ou riscos ao gestor imediato
• Cumprir normas de segurança, uso de EPIs e participar de ações de saúde ocupacional

Requisitos Da Vaga

• Formação técnica ou superior em Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas
• Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em funções similares
• Habilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita
• Capacidade de análise, interpretação e resolução de problemas
• Senso de urgência e foco em resultados
• Inglês em nível intermediário
• Comprometimento com segurança e boas práticas de trabalho

Desejável

• Experiência com equipamentos médicos
• Familiaridade com ferramentas de medição (ex: multímetro)
• Vivência em atendimento ao cliente em campo
