Position Purpose
We are looking for a
Policy Manager
to lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of our global
Safety Policies
. This role will be responsible for ensuring that guidelines covering Riders, Customers, and Partners are consistent, compliant and aligned with company values, while supporting cross-functional teams in managing risks and safeguarding reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the
design, implementation, and continuous update
of safety policies for Riders, Customers, and Partners. - Ensure governance and consistency of policies across all business units and regions.
- Partner with
Legal, Public Relations, Operations, and Support
teams to guarantee compliance and mitigate reputational risks. - Conduct
policy audits and compliance reviews
, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans. - Support
operational and crisis decision-making
through clear and actionable policy frameworks. - Act as the
main point of contact
for internal and external stakeholders regarding safety policy matters. - Train and support regional teams to ensure understanding and adoption of policies.
- Use
data and insights
to measure policy effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
Administration, Law, or related fields
. - Strong background
in policy governance, compliance, corporate safety, or related areas. - Strong
writing, editing, and documentation
skills, with the ability to create clear and practical guidelines. - Solid
stakeholder management and negotiation
experience, balancing legal, operational, and reputational needs. - Knowledge of
compliance frameworks, governance, and safety operations
. - Ability to translate complex regulations into
practical and applicable policies
. - Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English
(written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
