As a Data & Analytics Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping our data initiatives. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the availability, quality, and governance of data, enabling informed decision-making across the organization. Your leadership will be instrumental in supporting both data science and data engineering teams, facilitating a data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate and prioritize the roadmap for data initiatives alongside business and technical stakeholders.
Support the Data Science (DS) and Data Engineering (DE) teams by providing documentation and acting as an intermediary with the Principal Architect.
Monitor pipelines with DE/DS to ensure smooth execution and management of teams for effective problem solving.
Assist the Principal Architect in maintaining architectural documentation, incorporating feedback from the team.
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure data availability and quality.
Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation are established for all solutions delivered.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High Intermediate oral and written communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of Azure resources, specifically Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Safe or Scrum for task visibility and management.
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for task management.
