Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business processes and gather requirements;
- Configure and implement Proxima Cloud CRM tailored to business needs;
- Provide consulting and support in both Portuguese and English;
- Train users and prepare supporting documentation;
- Collaborate with the product team by sharing client feedback and suggestions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM
- Advanced knowledge of SQL is essential (PostgreSQL/SQLite is a must)
- Fluent in
Portuguese and English
, both written and spoken; - Understanding of Brazilian business practices and communication culture;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work with international and remote teams.
