A vaga é uma posição de apoio para as operações do time de Pessoas, garantindo fluidez nos processos do ciclo de vida do colaborador, desde a atração até a gestão administrativa. Essa pessoa vai atuar de forma generalista, ajudando nas frentes de
People Operations
e
Talent & Rewards
, sempre com foco em eficiência, organização e boa experiência para o time.

Quem é você
Experiência prévia em Rotinas de RH, Gente & Gestão, ou Administração de Pessoal.

Boa capacidade de organização e atenção a detalhes.

Habilidade com ferramentas digitais (Google Workspace, planilhas, Slack, Notion, plataformas de R&S).

Comunicação clara e boa interação interpessoal.

Disposição para aprender e atuar em diferentes frentes de People.

Sua rotina vai envolver
Apoiar a gestão das policies e rotinas administrativas (reembolsos, viagens, solicitações).

Manter o controle e cadastro de acessos e permissões em ferramentas.

Fazer a interface com fornecedores e serviços de suporte (principalmente benefícios).

Apoiar a comunicação com financeiro, contabilidade e jurídico para alinhamento de informações.

Auxiliar na organização de reuniões, eventos internos e rotinas administrativas.

Apoiar o acompanhamento de indicadores de People (eNPS, turnover, admissões, headcount, etc.).

Apoiar o processo de recrutamento e seleção (divulgação de vagas, triagem de currículos, agendamento de entrevistas, retorno a candidatos).

Acompanhar admissões e desligamentos, garantindo atualização de cadastros e documentação.

Apoiar o controle de benefícios, recessos, reajustes e informações para folha de pagamento.

Colaborar na organização e atualização de descrições de cargo, tabelas salariais e contratos.

Garantir que os dados de pessoas estejam atualizados e centralizados em nossos sistemas e ferramentas.

Ter trabalhado em startup ou empresa em crescimento.

Experiência em ferramentas de R&S (aqui usamos a Factorial).

Interesse por melhoria de processos e experiência do prestador de serviço.
