What you will do- Own and drive payroll compliance for your assigned country, ensuring Rippling's payroll product is compliant, scalable, and accurate from end to end.

- Translate complex compliance rules into clear, actionable product requirements in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- Lead the full compliance development lifecycle, including research, prioritization, specification writing, testing, QA, and ongoing audits.
- Participate in early product testing, ensuring that system inputs and outputs meet accuracy and compliance standards.
