O que você irá fazer?

  • Coordenar equipes multidisciplinares, promovendo colaboração, autonomia e foco em resultados.
  • Garantir o alinhamento entre negócio, tecnologia e dados, assegurando entregas ágeis e de valor.
  • Priorizar demandas, orientar o time nas decisões do produto e acompanhar todo o ciclo de entrega.
  • Facilitar cerimônias ágeis e promover melhoria contínua nos processos e nas interações da equipe.
  • Utilizar dados, indicadores e métricas de produto para direcionar decisões e mensurar resultados.
  • Conduzir iniciativas de descoberta, desenho e evolução de soluções, conectando estratégia e execução.

 
O que buscamos:
  • Experiência sólida em métodos ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) e gestão de produtos.
  • Conhecimento prático em OKR e condução de times ágeis.
  • Vivência com Design Thinking, Design Sprint e BPMN 2.0.
  • Domínio em modelagem de dados, procedimentos DML, SQL, Bancos de dados relacionais e processos ETL.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de análise e visualização de dados (Power BI, Tableau ou similares).
  • Formação superior em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou áreas correlatas de Tecnologia.
  • Experiência no setor bancário ou financeiro, com conhecimento das práticas e processos do segmento.
  • Vivência com regulatórios, incluindo preparação, validação e reporte.

 
Desejável:
  • Certificações Professional Scrum Master e Professional Scrum Product Owner.
  • Conhecimento nas linguagens: R, Python
  • Vivência com processos de auditorias internas e externas.
