Role Overview
We are looking for a
Tech Lead II specialized in Drupal
to play a key role in guiding distributed squads, unblocking technical challenges, and ensuring high-quality delivery across global teams. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership and client-facing skills, balancing hands-on development with the ability to inspire and support others.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide teams in developing high-quality Drupal solutions, ensuring clean and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with squads in New York, London, Chennai, and Brazil to deliver scalable and reliable applications.
• Unblock developers by providing solutions for complex custom features, database operations, and API integrations.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams to analyze requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain coding standards and promote industry best practices.
• Support development of online and offline solutions that meet customer needs.
• Build strong client relationships and manage expectations with professionalism.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Reporting Lines & Stakeholders
This role reports to the
Software Engineering Manager in Brazil
and will collaborate with teams across New York, London, Chennai, and Brazil.

Requirements
Technical Skills

• Advanced expertise in Drupal (Back-End and Front-End).
• Strong knowledge of web development frameworks, databases, and integrations.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
