A MOL Mercarius: A hazai flottakezelési piac meghatározó szereplője

A 100%-ban magyar tulajdonú MOL Mercarius már közel három évtizedes tapasztalattal rendelkezik, és kiemelkedő szolgáltatásokat nyújt a kis- és nagyvállalatok számára a flottakezelés területén. 2024 novemberében egyesítettük erőinket a MOL-lal, és megalapítottuk a MOL Mercarius Holdingot, amellyel a piac második legnagyobb szereplőjévé váltunk, több mint jármű kezelésével.

Egyedi flottakezelési megoldásainkat a teljes folyamatot lefedve kínáljuk: a finanszírozástól kezdve, a saját szervizhálózatunk működtetésén át, egészen a gépjárművek esztétikai állapotfenntartásáig. Mindezt közel 300 elkötelezett munkatársunk szakértelmére támaszkodva valósítjuk meg, mellyel garantáljuk, szolgáltatásaink kiemelkedő minőségét, hogy ügyfeleink számára a lehető legmagasabb színvonalú megoldásokat nyújthassuk.

Milyen feltételeknek kell megfelelned?
  • releváns felsőfokú végzettséggel rendelkezel
  • minimum 3 év szakmai tapasztalatod van HR generalista munkakörben
  • rendelkezel tapasztalattal bérszámfejtési feladatokban
  • van bérszámfejtő- és TB ügyintéző végzettséged
  • ismered a HR-t, mint támogató szervezetet és otthonosan mozogsz benne
  • átfogó a gondolkodásod és képes vagy több oldalról megközelíteni egy feladatot
  • alapvető ismereteid vannak munkajogból és ismered a munkaügyi folyamatokat
  • MS Office magabiztos használata, különösen Excel-ben
Mik lesznek a napi feladataid?
  • munkavállalók és vezetők támogatása HR oldalról munkaügyi, munkajogi kérdésekben
  • bérszámfejtés támogatása, adatszolgáltatási feladatok elvégzése a külső szolgáltató felé
  • munkaviszonnyal kapcsolatos adminisztratív feladatok ellátása (belépés, kilépés, szerződésmódosítások)
  • belépés-kilépés folyamatának koordinálása
  • HR dokumentáció naprakész vezetése
  • HR Business Partnerek munkájának támogatása
  • HR folyamatok kialakításában és fejlesztésében való aktív részvétel
  • rendszeres és ad-hoc HR riportok, kimutatások készítése
