**Purpose of the position**:
O(a) Especialista de RH será responsável pelas atividades diárias de recursos humanos e por fornecer suporte aos líderes e à organização. Especificamente, garantirá a execução da agenda e do escopo da nossa Estratégia de Pessoas e processos, tais como: revisão salarial, folha de pagamento, relações com funcionários, recrutamento, integração de novos colaboradores, retenção de talentos, desligamentos, mobilidade global, desenvolvimento de talentos, aprendizagem e desenvolvimento, e gestão de desempenho.

Essa posição terá trabalho presencial em Santo Antônio da Patrulha - RS.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
**O(a) Especialista de RH fornece suporte local e orientação para as unidades da Hiab, além de apoiar os gestores em temas locais de RH**
- **Processos de Pessoas**: Garantir processos de RH eficientes ao longo de todo o ciclo de vida do colaborador, bem como as ações do calendário anual de RH.
- **Administração**: gestão do controle de jornada, envio de informações e coferência de folha de pagamento, gestão de benefícios e pagamentos da área.
- **Recrutamento**: Conduzir o processo de recrutamento, incluindo Proposta de Valor ao Empregado (EVP) e atividades de marca empregadora, coordenação de parceiros locais, entrevistas e treinamentos relacionados.**:

- **Integração e Desligamento**: Conduzir procedimentos locais de onboarding e desligamento.
- **Aprendizado e Desenvolvimento**: Implementar atividades de treinamento locais e apoiar iniciativas globais de treinamento.
- **Comunicação**: Gerenciar a comunicação de RH local conforme necessário, alinhando a agenda de comunicação às diretrizes globais de comunicação de RH.
- **Dados e Analytics**: Apoiar na garantia da precisão dos dados nos sistemas de RH. Atuar como ponto de contato com autoridades em relação a diferentes demandas de relatórios.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Formação: Superior completo em Administração, Psicologia, Gestão de RH, ou áreas afins.
- Experiência: Experiência como generalista de RH com sólidos conhecimentos de legistação trabalhista local.
- Inglês avançado
