required3-5 years of experience in payroll, experience with medium sized organizationExperience with Brazil, Chile, Colombia and other LATAM countries payroll; requiredInternational (outside US) payroll experience; preferredExcellent communication skills and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment with multiple project responsibilitiesSelf-motivated, highly organized, positive, and takes pride in work and being an integral part of a committed teamProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and intermediate skills in Word and PowerPointProficiency in ADP (Workforce Now, Celergo);
