Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Associate located in São José, SC. The Office Associate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities. Responsibilities also include providing customer service, assisting with accounting tasks, and supporting office administration. The role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of organization, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Basic Accounting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are beneficial
