The Clinical Support Unit (CSU) is a dynamic department that provides a high-quality float pool experience to the departments and patients we serve. This requires CNAs that are energetic, flexible and willing to support the mission of the organization.
What you can expect from this role
- Days or Nights in a Full Time or Part Time capacity
- You will support the Treasure Valley (Boise, Meridian, and Nampa) Medical Surgical, Telemetry and Rehabilitation units with opportunities to train to other units such as Pediatrics, Emergency Department, ICU, Women's, PACU and the Infusion Center.
- Shift pay differentials for nights and weekend
- An additional 10% CSU specific pay differential once orientation concludes
- Eligible to apply for scholarships to pursue nursing education
Qualifications: CNA
Licenses/Certifications:
- Current CNA Certification in the State of Practice
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification
Qualifications: Nurse Apprentice
Licenses/Certifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be enrolled in an accredited school of nursing (ACEN, CCNE, or CNEA accreditations)
- Experience: 0 years experience
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Nurse Apprentice Letter OR Nursing Intern Letter from the State Board of Nursing . The Nurse Apprentice is able to remain in the Nurse Apprentice position following graduation while awaiting RN or GN Licensure or 90 days, whichever comes first.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
