About the Role

The Mid-Product Designer is a core Individual Contributor (IC) role responsible for owning the end-to-end design across high-impact features and flows within Actabl's enterprise SaaS ecosystem. This position requires a balance of strong product thinking, excellent design craft, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. The designer will collaborate closely with Product Managers (PMs) and engineers to shape problem spaces, define requirements, and validate solutions for large hospitality players like Marriott and Accor. The role includes designing intuitive, scalable interfaces, leveraging the Bellhop Design System, and integrating AI-driven prototyping tools to increase velocity and quality.

Essential Duties:

• End-to-End Design Ownership (Approx. 40%):
  Own the complete design process, from discovery and problem-framing to final delivery, for key features and operational workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Advocacy (Approx. 30%):
  Work with PMs and engineers to define requirements and validate solutions. Advocate for user experience and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• User Research & Deliverables (Approx. 20%):
  Run user interviews, synthesize insights, and translate them into actionable design decisions and high-quality UI/UX deliverables (journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, prototypes). Deeply understand products, personas, journeys, and Jobs to Be Done (JTBD).
• Design System & Innovation (Approx. 10%):
  Work with the Bellhop design system team to maintain consistency and advance design standards. Incorporate AI tools, Vibe Coding, and rapid prototyping into the workflow.

Other Duties & Responsibilities (Optional)

• Occasional travel may be required for team strength, collaboration, meetings, conferences, or training sessions, including at least one fully covered trip to the U.S. each year.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) in tech or SaaS companies.
• Mandatory proficiency in both
  Portuguese and English
  .
• Must be living in Brazil.
• Solid experience designing for
  enterprise SaaS applications
  , specifically comfortable with high-density interfaces like dashboards and complex data tables.
• Demonstrated strong product thinking, ability to break down complexity, understand constraints, and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Portfolio demonstrating clear thinking, strong fundamentals, and high-quality craft.
