About the Role

We're looking for a creative, analytical, and data-driven Growth Hacker to accelerate iServico's user acquisition and retention.

You'll work directly with the founders and marketing team, leading growth experiments, SEO automation, and user funnel optimization while shaping the overall growth strategy for the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design, test, and scale growth experiments across multiple channels (SEO, paid media, referral, email, and in-app).
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize onboarding, conversion, and retention.
  • Analyze user behavior and metrics to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
  • Lead SEO automation and localization strategies (cities, categories, and services).
  • Develop viral campaigns and referral programs to boost user sign-ups.
  • Track and report KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Growth Hacker, Digital Marketer, or Product Growth Specialist.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in data interpretation and dashboards.
  • Advanced English required (daily communication with international team).
  • Creativity and experimentation mindset are must-haves.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or service platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing automation.
  • Understanding of Brazilian market behavior and local growth tactics.
