The Role
We are looking for a confident, target-driven Sales Representative to join our remote team and help us expand into new markets.
This role focuses on cold outreach, with cold calling as the primary method of connecting with decision-makers at digital agencies and tech companies. You will be responsible for conducting high-quality phone outreach to businesses in the US and Europe, followed by strategic email and LinkedIn follow-ups to book product demos for our account executives.
You will be the first voice many prospects hear from Glitch, so your communication skills, curiosity, and professionalism are key. You will have clear monthly quotas for outreach and demos booked, and you will be fully supported with training, tools, and coaching to succeed.
To ensure effective communication with prospects in both regions, we recommend that outreach activity be conducted primarily between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. (GMT-3), aligning with US and European business hours. Attendance at a short daily virtual team call is also expected for coordination and planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls as the primary outreach approach, followed by emails and LinkedIn follow-ups.
- Call businesses in the US and Europe to introduce Glitch and schedule product demos.
- Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of activity in our CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly activity and demo-booking targets.
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Fluent English (written and spoken). This is non-negotiable. You must be confident speaking with native English speakers.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills on phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas and KPIs.
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently in a fully remote setup.
- Comfortable working across different time zones (US and Europe).
Nice to Have
- Experience working with US or European clients.
- Familiarity with SaaS, marketing technology, or Google Ads.
- Sales experience in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.

Contract Type
This is a contract position (B2B or independent contractor). For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to transition into a full-time employed role later.
