Sales Representative – English Test Preparation

Our company specializes in English proficiency test preparation, primarily supporting the Canadian immigration market as well as clients from diverse countries and cultures. We are looking for a motivated, focused professional with excellent written communication skills in English and the drive to achieve outstanding sales results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 100% of sales interactions through messaging (chat and CRM) – WhatsApp, Instagram, and ManyChat.
  • Follow up with active leads and re-engage "lost" leads in the funnel.
  • Ensure clear, polite, and simple communication in English with clients from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Organize and track negotiations within the CRM.
  • Participate in weekly alignment calls with the sales team and founders.
  • Take part in an initial training program with direct support from the founders (no prior product experience required).

Requirements

  • English fluency (written and spoken – mandatory).
  • Strong ambition to grow in sales and motivation to maximize commission-based earnings.
  • Excellent written communication, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and discipline to work with a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

What We Offer

  • Contract type: Independent contractor (PJ).
  • Fixed base pay: R$ 2,000.00.
  • Commission: 2%–4% per sale.
  • Earning potential: R$ 15,000–R$ 18,000/month (performance-based).
  • Complete training and close mentorship with the founders.
  • Flexible working hours (peak activity between 5:00 pm and 11:00 pm).
