About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative focused on cold calling to drive new business opportunities over the phone. You will be responsible for:
- Dr. Stairs: prospecting potential partner companies for material supply and purchase.
- Ocean Cleaning: prospecting offices and businesses to schedule qualified sales visits (including carpet cleaning and commercial cleaning services).
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume daily calls to offices and businesses.
- Present partnership opportunities and services in a clear and persuasive way.
- Qualify leads and schedule sales appointments for the field team.
- Perform follow-ups and maintain organized records of all interactions.
- Achieve targets for calls, scheduled visits, and conversions.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in telemarketing and willingness to spend the day making calls.
- Excellent communication skills, resilience, and strong persuasion over the phone.
- Organization, discipline, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic English required for the introductory video and potential interactions in the U.S. market. (Previous experience in sales or call center is a strong plus.)
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B prospecting and appointment setting.
- Background in construction supply (for Dr. Stairs) or commercial cleaning services (for Ocean).
Compensation and Contract
- Contract type: PJ (Independent Contractor) – full-time, remote work.
- Compensation: Fixed base salary + performance-based commissions.
