What You'll Do

As a Cash Applications Intern, you will:

  • Accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts in a timely manner
  • Assist with reconciling bank statements and customer remittance details
  • Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Support documentation and record-keeping for audits and compliance
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Portuguese
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite
  • Previous internship or work experience in finance or accounting
