Role Description

This is a contract role for a Senior Business Development Manager
. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and working closely with the marketing and product teams. This is an
on-site role located
Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil, requiring daily presence and interaction with team members and clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship skills
  • Experience in identifying market trends and growth opportunities
  • Negotiation and Deal-Closing skills
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Product Development teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the beauty or technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
