Job Description
Danfoss Commercial Compressors - Electronic Controllers and Services, is looking for a Position as Product Expert for our Technical Customer Product Support Team, and for our electronic controller products: Pack-Controller, Programmable Controller and System Manager.

In this position you will have full value chain responsibility to service our colleagues with technical answers and solutions on incoming technical cases and requests. Further you will be our Expert point of contact in a global position, supporting on technical requests as well as possible sales opportunity support requests or trainings. The office location could be in Brazil (Sao Paulo).

You will work cross-functional with other departments like Product Management, DevOps Engineering Teams, Sales and local Service Teams, Production and Quality. You will work inside a dynamic agile team where taking ownership is a daily task, to secure Service, Support and Solutions for our customers.

*Job Responsibilities*
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Support our customers via Salesforce ticket and provide technical solutions
• Test and analyze reported claims or internal provided solutions on our setups
• Distinguish between opportunities and quality cases and support to develop solutions with our overall portfolio solutions.
• Built strong relations to cross functional colleagues in PM, DevOps, R&D, Sales, Local Service and Supply Chain.
• Support the organization with a 'one way of working' together with functional departments and colleagues.
• Take ownership and act as the advocate to our customers.
• Take ownership on urgent field services were finding quick solutions or do remote analysis will be required.
• Support the Project Development, Create and provide Trainings, literature review support activities, videos, technical assistance on field-test activities, product launch web-sessions.
• Support on our journey to support the regions with FAQ's & Video's, SW & Product files, knowledge sharing materials, education & trainings, creation of possible application SW & solutions or integration files, field service - opportunities/analysis support.
• Reporting quality cases and involve team-members as well as do the follow up
• Create the bridge towards our Digital Services Team and support them with our Product knowhow when needed.

• In refrigeration system controls.
• Preferrable, you have good skills on CO2 applications.
• You must have some fundamental knowledge on thermodynamics.
• You will need to have some good IT skills on product level, since System Managers and Gateways require a good understanding on IT systems level.
• Some experience in a Technical Support function within electronic controls is an advantage is also a plus.
• Knowledge on communication protocols used in HVAC-R applications, advantages and disadvantages of each one.
• Programming skills are required and possibly some knowledge on developing applications with programmable logic controllers (PLC). Experience on HVAC-R application development will be a differential using standard programming languages covered by IEC , mainly in FBD and Structured Text.
• You have maybe already experience with the Danfoss Electronic Controllers portfolio and their protocols, integrations and possibilities with the Danfoss Controllers families as e.g SM8xxA, X-Gate, MCX/Alsmart, Pack-Controller & Case Controllers. Moreover, how to combine them and use as a complete solution.
• You understand customer standpoint, has some knowledge about energy efficiency and how customer can see value on the our solution.
• You have skills towards Tool's chain technologies.
• Engineeering bachelor's degree
• English advanced
