Where you Fit In:
As Head of Sales for LATAM and Africa, you will play a pivotal role in driving Sportingtech's commercial expansion across two of our most important growth regions. You will lead business development efforts, build trusted client partnerships, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
The impact you will have:
- Drive new business opportunities with B2C operators in LATAM and Africa.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiation, to closing deals.
- Identify and prioritise target markets and key accounts.
- Represent Sportingtech at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
- Build and lead a successful sales team across target regions.
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
- Mentor and coach sales professionals to deliver consistent results.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for LATAM and Africa.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to align sales with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory landscapes to inform strategy.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers in B2C operators.
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements and ensure customer satisfaction during onboarding.
What we're looking for:
- Proven track record of selling B2B solutions into B2C iGaming operators (casino, sportsbook, or lottery).
- Experience in LATAM and/or African markets, with established networks preferred.
- Strong understanding of iGaming industry dynamics, regulatory environments, and commercial models (revenue share, fixed fee, hybrid, etc.).
- Experience in building and managing sales teams, with a focus on developing talent and scaling operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly desirable.
