Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing PLC, HMI, and drivers backup routines.
- Responsable for calibration in instruments.
- Manage spare parts inventory and obsolescence of automation-related equipment.
- Manage NR10 contract and automation service agreements.
- Act as the focal point for global automation initiatives in collaboration with the corporate automation manager.
- Lead automation and process improvement projects in partnership with manufacturing teams.
- Be accountable for the plant's utilities center (Orion site).
- Coordinate and perform electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities, including planning, execution, control, and reporting, following procedures and work instructions.
- Implement and maintain preventive and diagnostic maintenance programs to minimize unexpected equipment failures, production downtime, and repair costs.
- Responsable for develop new technologies and regulatory standards relevant to the field.
- Evaluate electrical and instrumentation failures, perform root cause analyses, and propose improvement actions to prevent recurrence.
- Execute and monitor all factory automation-related activities, ensuring the safety and integrity of processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of Rockwell PLCs/HMIs and WEG Drivers.
