About the position

For this role, we are looking for a
Merchant Experience Improvement Manager.
You will be part of a team that plays an essential role in building Keeta in the country, at a time when speed is necessary as our goal is to scale the team with quality to support the growth of our operations in Brazil.

Responsibilities and Duties

For this position, you'll be responsible for:

  • Understand the basic operations of the food delivery industry. Identify the issues merchants encounter on various delivery platforms and gain insights into their genuine needs.
  • Based on merchant needs, drive the initiation, implementation, and achievement of results for various projects within the company. The projects include product projects and process improvements projects.
  • Establish a merchant experience indicator system, and guide the project advancement through the monitoring and operation of experience indicators.

Requirements

  • Have certain operational experience in user experience.
  • Possess certain experience in building and operating indicator systems, familiar with various research tools, and methods for analyzing research results.
  • Possess certain project management capabilities, able to collaborate with multiple parties to ensure project outcomes are achieved. Have a certain product-oriented mindset.
  • Being familiar with the food delivery industry. Candidate with experience in internet companies is a plus.
