Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the
    operation of merchant management
    related products on the Keeta platform.
  2. Understand
    industry-standard product solutions
    , gain insights into merchant needs, and drive the optimization of merchant product features.
  3. Establish daily operation mechanisms
    to continuously improve the usage and effectiveness of related products.

Job Requirements

  1. Have
    product operation experience
    . Familiar with the standard internal processes from product development, product operation, to product iteration.
  2. Familiar with the
    merchant-side operations of e-commerce platforms
    . Priority given to those with experience in the food delivery industry. Priority given to those familiar with merchant metric operations.
  3. Possess in-depth knowledge of the daily
    operations of Brazilian food delivery merchants
    , or be able to collaborate with various internal teams to identify merchants' operational needs and pain points.
  4. Can use
    English
    as working language.
