Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the
operation of merchant management
related products on the Keeta platform. - Understand
industry-standard product solutions
, gain insights into merchant needs, and drive the optimization of merchant product features. - Establish daily operation mechanisms
to continuously improve the usage and effectiveness of related products.
Job Requirements
- Have
product operation experience
. Familiar with the standard internal processes from product development, product operation, to product iteration. - Familiar with the
merchant-side operations of e-commerce platforms
. Priority given to those with experience in the food delivery industry. Priority given to those familiar with merchant metric operations. - Possess in-depth knowledge of the daily
operations of Brazilian food delivery merchants
, or be able to collaborate with various internal teams to identify merchants' operational needs and pain points. - Can use
English
as working language.
