Software Architect – AI & GenAI Integration
Location: Alphaville – Barueri, São Paulo (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite)
Type: Full-Time (FTE)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and define scalable, secure, and high-availability software architectures aligned with business goals.
- Lead the integration of AI, GenAI, LLMs, and automation frameworks across platforms.
- Guide engineering teams on best coding practices, design patterns, and architectural standards.
- Oversee microservices, API ecosystems, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility, performance optimization, and compliance with USA & Brazil regulations.
- Conduct architectural reviews, proof-of-concepts, and technology assessments.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement within engineering teams.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Java, .NET, Python, and
- Hands-on experience with microservices, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud architectures.
- Proven knowledge of AI, GenAI, LLM integrations, and modern ML tooling.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Collaborative, innovative mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
