Estamos em busca de um(a) AI Solutions Architect para compor nosso time de inovação tecnológica na TRINCA. Esta é uma posição estratégica que une visão técnica e atuação consultiva. Você participará das conversas iniciais com os clientes para compreender desafios e oportunidades, cocriando soluções de IA com alto impacto, desenhando desde provas de conceito (POCs) até automações escaláveis.

Sua missão será desenvolver e implementar agentes de IA inteligentes e personalizados, utilizando ferramentas como n8n, LLMs, RAG e diversas integrações. Você será peça-chave na construção de soluções que automatizam processos, melhoram a eficiência e entregam valor em diferentes contextos de negócio.

Suas Responsabilidades

  • Criar e orquestrar agentes de IA utilizando n8n ou outras ferramentas de criação e orquestração de agentes para automatizar processos complexos.

  • Integrar grandes modelos de linguagem (LLMs) em fluxos de trabalho automatizados.

  • Desenvolver soluções RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) para contextos específicos de clientes.

  • Implementar automações inteligentes conectadas a múltiplas plataformas e APIs.

  • Customizar agentes para atender necessidades específicas de diferentes segmentos de negócio.

  • Participar de reuniões de descoberta e entendimento com os times de Produto e Comercial, apoiando a construção de POCs que validem hipóteses de valor.

  • Documentar processos técnicos e criar tutoriais e conteúdos de capacitação para clientes e equipe interna.

  • Acompanhar tendências e inovações no campo de IA e automação, testando e aplicando novas soluções.
