Descrição do Cargo:
Responsável por liderar o desenvolvimento de soluções backend complexas, atuando com tecnologias como Java e Python, garantindo performance, segurança e escalabilidade. Terá participação ativa nas definições de arquitetura, integração com serviços em cloud (AWS ou Azure) e orientação técnica do time. Também contribuirá com boas práticas de uso de SQL e disseminação de conhecimento em novas tecnologias, como GoLang.

Funções Principais

  • Liderar o design e implementação de APIs e serviços backend em GoLang e Python.
  • Otimizar consultas e modelagem de dados em bancos SQL.
  • Garantir integrações eficientes e seguras em ambientes cloud (AWS ou Azure).
  • Revisar código, orientar desenvolvedores juniores e plenos, apoiando tecnicamente o time.
  • Definir padrões e boas práticas de desenvolvimento backend.
  • Documentar decisões técnicas e arquiteturais.

Qualificações

  • Formação superior completa em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência consolidada com Java (e/ou Python) em projetos de médio ou grande porte.
  • Proficiência em bancos de dados SQL e conhecimento avançado de performance e segurança.
  • Vivência prática com cloud computing (AWS ou Azure).
  • Capacidade de liderar discussões técnicas e orientar outros desenvolvedores.

Desejável

  • Conhecimentos intermediários ou experiência prática em GoLang.
  • Experiência com microserviços e mensageria.
  • Vivência com práticas de DevOps e CI/CD.
