Team Overview:

We are looking for a Intern to join our Delivery Ecosystem Team.

This professional will be responsible for supporting key processes related to invoice control, payments, and financial planning routines. If you're passionate about learning how to manage operations in a dynamic environment, ensuring accuracy in processes, and contributing to performance monitoring, this is your opportunity.

Role Responsibilities:

• Receiving, reviewing, and recording vendor invoices for goods and services in the ERP system (ProOne), ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies;
• Supporting the Business team in the scheduling of payments and accruals, contributing to accurate cash flow and financial planning;
• Assisting in the creation and approval process workflow of Purchase Orders (POs), Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and Internal Investment Projects (PJI), making sure all documentation is properly aligned;
• Performing supplier reconciliations and maintaining contract controls, ensuring records are updated and discrepancies resolved in a timely manner;
• Monitoring actuals vs. planned results, providing visibility on variances and supporting financial performance analysis.

Role Qualifications:

• An academic background in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (expected graduation within the next 2 years);
• Previous experience in accounts payable, billing, or invoice control, with solid knowledge of financial operations;
• Familiarity with ERP systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
