As
Sr Manager,
DTC Executive Reporting & Business Trading
, you will be at the center of business decision-making for Disney's streaming business, Disney+. In this role, you will track, synthesize, and shape the narrative around performance, key initiatives, and industry trends, ensuring that leadership has the insights needed to make strategic decisions.

You will partner closely with leaders across Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Ad Sales to deliver executive-ready reports, actionable insights, and compelling storytelling that drive smarter decisions and help position Disney+ for continued growth and innovation.

The Sr Manager,
DTC Executive Reporting & Business Trading
will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design and delivery of weekly and monthly executive reporting, providing data-driven narratives on business and content performance.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams (Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Product, Ad Sales) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of KPIs, forecasts, and business updates.
  • Synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data into clear, concise insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Preparing executive briefs, memos, and presentations
  • Business Insights: Uncovering & Identifying Meaningful Trends and proposing actions to revert those trends-
  • Contributing to the development of frameworks and processes that improve consistency, speed, and quality of reporting.
  • Representing the voice of the subscriber and business when shaping insights into compelling narratives for leadership audiences.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong background in digital businesses, with experience in subscription-based models.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to manage reporting processes and deliverables in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment.
  • Proficiency in dashboarding tools such as Looker, Power BI or similar (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into executive-friendly insights.
  • Experience producing written and presentation materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Creative, strategic, and goal-oriented with a passion for storytelling.
  • Strong consultative and persuasive skills, with the ability to influence decisions.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
  • Team player with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across functions.
