About This Opportunity
The Manager, FP&A Latam will be responsible to financially support business in LATAM by performing the annual planning and monthly forecasting process, monthly closes, product launches and ensuring processes are in place. This position will report to the Director, Finance Latam . This professional will also support the business by providing accurate and insightful information, guaranteeing processes are standard and deep diving on budget to actuals analysis. This position requires strong analytics, communications skills, flexibility and the ability to effectively interface with multiple stakeholders.
In this role, you will…
- Manage AOP and monthly forecasts by creating models for P&L prediction and target setting, analyzing data and providing insightful recommendations, preparing regional presentations, reporting and validating the data in the system.
- Support month-end activities working closely with Accounting and Corporate teams, analyze full P&L budget to actual variations, manage pricing and FX impacts, enhance data consistency, prepare monthly close templates for presentations.
- Support the business and impact decision-making by providing KPIs with business trends, collaborating with business leaders, building business cases and providing recommendations, analyzing results, risks and opportunities.
- Guarantee investments are well allocated and in line with budget, manage promotions cycle, support profit centers and cost centers creations.
- Enhance and develop standard work processes. Simplify, automate and continuously improve FP&A initiatives, guaranteeing efficiency and accuracy. Ensure the organization meets company and external guidelines and policies.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and projects, analyze business models / proposals and provide financial reports & recommendation.
- Effectively partner and communicate across the finance organization.
In this role, you'll need…
- 6-10 years of experience in FP&A (including previous leadership experience), preferably inclusive of multinational corporate experience.
- Familiarity and user experience with a major ERP such as SAP, Protheus, CPM/Host Analytics and/or Hyperion. Power BI is a plus.
- Advanced Excel, VBA is a plus, and experience with complex financial modelling.
- Excellent written, oral and communication skills to work with management and cross-functional groups, from different countries around the globe.
- Problem solver, system oriented and strong analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English. Spanish is desirable.
