About the Role

We're looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Design Specialist to join our creative team. This role focuses heavily on web design, email design, and digital brand execution.

You'll work closely with creative and client accounts to bring concepts to life through polished, conversion-focused design. This role is ideal for someone who is fast, flexible, collaborative, and passionate about elevating brands through clean, effective visual communication.

Responsibilities

  • Design landing pages, website sections, and web assets that follow brand guidelines and best UI practices
  • Create high-quality email designs, including marketing campaigns, flows, and template layouts
  • Translate creative briefs into on-brand, conversion-driven visual solutions
  • Collaborate with creative leads, team members and clients to iterate and refine concepts
  • Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints - web, email, and supporting brand materials
  • Prepare and deliver production-ready files for development teams or email platforms
  • Stay up-to-date on web, UX, and email design trends to inform creative decisions
  • Occasionally support broader design tasks (ads, graphics) when needed

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing web layouts, email designs, and polished digital work
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of UX fundamentals, responsive design, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing for email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to work quickly, manage deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
