Product Designer – Brazilian Online Casino (iGaming)

Location: Brazil (Remote/Hybrid)

About the Role

  • We are looking for a Product Designer with exceptional web design skills and a strong, user-centered design mindset to help shape the future of our Brazilian online casino platform. You will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and visually compelling web experiences that delight players, improve user journeys, and support our business growth.
  • You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to design interfaces and interactions that align with our brand and optimize the player experience across devices.

Key Responsibilities

Design & User Experience

  • Lead the design of web-based casino interfaces, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and enhancements.
  • Maintain a consistent design language and visual identity across the product.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on player feedback and analytics.

Collaboration & Product Development

  • Work closely with the Product Owner to translate product vision and roadmap into impactful design solutions.
  • Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional pages, landing pages, and in-game event visuals.Research & Optimization
  • Analyze user behavior and journeys to identify design improvements.
  • Apply UX best practices to optimize engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on iGaming design trends, competitor platforms, and new design tools.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, preferably in iGaming, entertainment, or e-commerce.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects with excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iteration.

  • High attention to detail with a passion for quality.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business and technical constraints.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for online gaming or gambling platforms.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.
  • Knowledge of animation and motion design for enhancing player experiences.
  • Understanding of Brazilian gaming regulations from a design perspective.
