ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer with a back-end orientation to join our team. This role focuses on building robust applications using Python (back-end) and React (front-end), while leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to accelerate and enhance the development process. You will work with AI-powered tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or CLI-based agents like Claude Code to streamline coding, testing, and deployment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, with a strong emphasis on Python-based back-end services;
Build and optimize React-based front-end components;
Integrate and optimize workflows with AI-assisted coding tools (LLMs, code agents, etc.);
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions;
Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and deployment;
Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI-enhanced development.
MUST HAVES
4 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications, with a focus on Python back-end services;
Solid knowledge of React for front-end development;
Experience in LLM-assisted development environments (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, or any other);
Proficiency with REST APIs, databases, and cloud environments;
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and best software engineering practices;
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills;
Upper-Intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
- Background in AI/ML concepts or experience integrating AI services;
Knowledge of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
Experience in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
