What you can expect This function is to support all departments in the responsible area to ensure an effective training and qualification of ROSEN personnel. Main focus is on organizing training, examinations and qualifications in a highly regulated industry. The function has the potential to grow into a strategic business partner role to foster a long-term learning and development strategy.

Responsibilities and Duties:-

  • Planning and coordinating all training activities internal and with external providers
  • Tracking all qualifications, trainings and other learning activities in our Training & Competence Management System (TCM) and ensuring the database is up-to-date
  • Scheduling, supervising and evaluating practical and theoretical exams
  • Managing in-house and external qualification programs to ensure personnel are adequately trained in compliance with industry standards and local regulations
  • Identifying and evaluating external training providers
  • Evaluation and continuous improvement of training efficiency & effectiveness
  • Managing and tracking training claim from HRDF
  • Identifying training needs and target qualifications in close cooperation with department managers
  • Consolidate development plans into an annual training plan and following up the implementation
  • Support HR in organizing any training activities related to leadership / management

What you will bring

  • University degree in Business Administration/HR or other relevant professional qualification.
  • Previous experience in the area of training & development.
  • Working experience in a technical industry is of advantage.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power Point .
  • Analytical skills, result oriented and fast learner.
  • Good communication skills, being proactive, self-motivated and independent.
