Responsibilities - You will do:

  • You will be supporting our customers under AVEVA Edge applications, leveraging our unique and comprehensive knowledge of AVEVA Edge.
  • You'll be involved in the support, deployment and maintenance of key client projects.
  • You'll collaborate with Distributors, System Integrators, Certified System Integrators and OEMs for additional support services needed in order to provide their clients with a complete and sophisticated HMI/SCADA solution.
  • You will also assist clients from all over the world with their HMI/SCADA advanced technical applications through phone calls, e-mails, and remote computer connections.
  • Additionally, you will develop and customize new product templates.

Skills & Qualifications - You will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase or MySQL.
  • English language proficiency (Advanced)

A PLUS:

  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Knowledge of HMI/SCADA software, such as AVEVA Edge, InduSoft Web Studio, Wonderware, Intouch, System Platform, OMI, FactoryTalk (OR similar software)
  • Familiarity with Industrial automation components such as Programmable Logic controllers (PLCs) from manufacturers such as Schneider Electric, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Eaton, and Beckhoff.
  • Knowledge of VBScript structured programming language (or similar languages including C, C++, C#, VB, or similar).
  • Experience with web-based technologies, such as HTML, HTML5, CSS, ActiveX or JavaScript.
