You will be supporting the License Management and Distribution Team. This is a Global Team that works closely with all facets of the Quote to Cash Journey: Customer Operations, Sales, Partner Sales, Customer Success, and IT.

You will join forces with the License Management and Distribution' Team in driving our most important initiatives related to Access Enablement for all PTC Product Catalog. You will support our key initiatives as it relates to connect with our customers along with contributing to customer success. You will be an integral part of making these things happen.

Day-to-Day

Your day-to-day work will include assisting customers with license file generation and investigating license related questions. As a member of the License Management and Distribution team, you will assist management in the day-to-day operational activities within the team, interacting with our internal and external customers by answering and resolving their questions to build and maintain strong relationships within the PTC ecosystem and assigned team projects as needed. Your vigilant coordination and organization within the various functional teams will enable you to complete all transactions and special projects with efficiency and accurately/precision.
