A equipe de TI de uma instituição financeira líder está buscando um(a) Senior Backend Engineer para projetar, construir e manter serviços backend robustos e pipelines de streaming de dados em tempo real.

Responsabilidades Principais:

Projetar, desenvolver e manter serviços backend usando microserviços Spring Boot, com foco em arquiteturas orientadas a eventos impulsionadas por Apache Kafka;

Implementar e otimizar produtores, consumidores e aplicações de processamento de streams no Kafka, utilizando Apache Flink para processamento e análise de dados em tempo real;

Colaborar com arquitetos, equipes de DevOps e desenvolvedores para garantir integração perfeita entre Kafka, Flink e microserviços em todo o ecossistema backend;

Monitorar, solucionar problemas e otimizar clusters Kafka e jobs Flink para performance, confiabilidade e escalabilidade;

Garantir segurança dos dados, conformidade e adesão às melhores práticas em todas as soluções relacionadas a Kafka e Flink;

Participar de revisões de código, discussões técnicas e contribuir para iniciativas de melhoria contínua;

Documentar soluções técnicas e manter documentação atualizada dos sistemas.

Requisitos:

Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou área relacionada (ou experiência equivalente);

Experiência comprovada em desenvolvimento backend, com forte foco em Apache Kafka e microserviços Spring Boot;

Experiência prática com Apache Flink para streaming e processamento de dados em tempo real;

Proficiência avançada em Java ou Scala para desenvolvimento backend;

Sólida compreensão de sistemas distribuídos, arquiteturas orientadas a eventos e design de microserviços;

Experiência com APIs RESTful, message brokers e formatos de serialização de dados (Avro, JSON);

Familiaridade com contêineres (Docker, Kubernetes) e pipelines CI/CD;

Fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade de trabalhar eficazmente em ambientes Ágeis;

Boas habilidades de comunicação em inglês (B2+).

Disponibilidade para ir ao escritório 3x por semana localizado na Vila Olímpia - SP.

Desejável:

Experiência com plataformas em nuvem (AWS);

Conhecimento de outros frameworks ou tecnologias de streaming;

Vivência no setor financeiro ou em ambientes regulados;

Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento (stack ELK).
