JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Finance team as Responsible for Cost Performance within the Personal Care Business Unit in Brazil. This role is a key strategic partner to both Supply Chain and Finance leadership, driving value through cost optimization, cash contribution improvement, and end-to-end supply chain cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Supply Chain and Finance BU leadership to deliver cost and cash performance improvements.
- Provide insights and analysis on end-to-end supply chain costs for Brazil.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and value delivery.
What can you expect from the role?
- Serve as the main point of contact for Brazil between Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance BU, and the Finance Excellence Team.
- Analyze the impact of price movements and cost variances, and proactively identify new cost opportunities.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain costs, including drivers affecting forecasts and actuals in the P&L.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support the transformation of forecasting processes.
- Deliver insights and analytics on cost performance, working closely with a broad network of Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams.
- Provide data-driven analysis to guide business decisions and strategic priorities.
- Lead cost reduction Squads.
- Be passionate about improving ways of working and standardizing reporting processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Reporting Line:
This position reports to the BU PC Latam Performance and Procurement Manager and interacts with diverse teams across Brazil and the global network.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degreed Completed.
- Advanced English (mandatory) for interaction with regional and global teams.
- Spanish (desired) to support communication across Latin America.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
Experience in cost management and supply chain finance is a plus.
Strong sense of autonomy, proactivity, and agility.

- Strategic and holistic business perspective.
- Digital transformation mindset with knowledge of modern digital tools.
- Excellent business partnering skills and ability to provide decision support.
