Analista Sênior de Supply Chain Finance

Role purpose

This position acts as a financial business partner to the Supply Chain team, responsible for the analysis, control, and forecasting of logistics-related costs in Brazil, while supporting other Latin American markets when needed.
The role plays a key part in ensuring cost accuracy, conducting variance analyses, preparing financial reports, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Main responsibilities

• Manage and analyze warehousing, freight, and import costs;
• Prepare financial forecasts and budgets for short- and long-term horizons;
• Develop and deliver financial performance reports to Finance, Supply Chain, and local management;
• Conduct financial reconciliations and controls to ensure data accuracy;
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and support report automation initiatives;
• Work closely with Logistics and Supply Chain teams, reporting directly to Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
• 3 years of professional experience in Finance, ideally within Supply Chain Finance, Cost Controlling, or Operations Finance areas.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced) and SAP;
• Power BI and TM1 knowledge are desirable;
• Advanced English (reading and conversation); Spanish desired
• Analytical and proactive mindset, with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Work model: Hybrid (3 days per week on-site);
• Location: Vila Olímpia – São Paulo, Brazil;
• Employment type: CLT.
