We are looking for a Software Engineering Coordinator – Remote Position with Strong English Skills (level B2-C1, Solid experience in systems development and architecture, technical team leadership, and working with Google Cloud Platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate software engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Serve as a technical reference, defining and ensuring the application of best practices in system architecture, software development and design patterns based on SOLID and Clean Architecture.
- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting their technical and professional growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of developed solutions, especially in high-demand and batch processing environments.
- Solid experience in system development and architecture using Java (17 ).
- Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including services such as Compute Engine, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, among others.
- In-depth knowledge of Batch processing, including the design and optimization of solutions for large data volumes.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (Jira).
