Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify software requirements and design software solutions
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Test and debug software applications
  • Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Maintain and update existing software systems
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Provide technical support to end-users when required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in software development
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Kotlin, Ruby, Javascript
  • Experience with software development frameworks such as Spring, React
  • Knowledge of database management systems such as PostgreSQL, ScyllaDB/Cassandra, ElasticSearch
  • Knowledge of message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ
  • Familiarity with software testing methodologies such as unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
