What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain test automation for medium-complexity features
- Improve existing test automation tools, scripts, coverage, and code structure
- Debug application issues and support developers in root cause analysis
- Automate manual processes to improve team efficiency
- Develop detailed test plans and review test cases with peers
- Conduct manual testing when needed to ensure timely delivery
- Apply strong knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and CS fundamentals
- Participate in product refinement discussions and define acceptance criteria
- Understand product architecture and business logic
- Create technical documentation and perform code reviews
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and QEs on feature implementation
- Mentor junior SDETs and lead onboarding for new team members
- Participate in interviews and help improve team processes
What We're Looking For
- A
results-driven full-stack QA engineer
with a passion for testing and automation - Strong experience across all testing phases: requirements analysis, test planning, execution, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with
API testing
using tools like
Postman
and
RESTAssured - Proficient with
test management tools
such as
Jira
and
Xray
, and automation frameworks like
Selenium WebDriver
,
Appium
, and
Playwright - Ability to
design test automation frameworks from scratch - Familiarity with
non-functional testing
(performance, security, accessibility) - Experience with
CI/CD pipelines
and
Agile/Scrum methodologies - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
