Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Campo Grande, MS. The Human Resources Assistant will handle a variety of administrative HR tasks including maintaining employee records, assisting with benefits administration, supporting HR management, and managing the HR Information Systems (HRIS). The role will also involve coordinating training sessions, onboarding new employees, and providing general support to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Experience in Benefits Administration
  • Training coordination and delivery skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
