To excel in this role, we're looking for individuals who can
- Provide exceptional customer support, utilizing various communication channels such as emails, chats, and phone calls.
- Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries, always striving to go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with our amazing team members to create a seamless and personalized customer experience that sets us apart.
- Adhere to our company policies and procedures, including following guidelines for player safety, protection, and responsible gaming.

You're good at
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Background in customer service, this can be face to face, online or via phone calls
- Multi-tasking and time management
- Willingness
to work on shift rotation even on weekends.

- Previous iGaming experience
