Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Product Owner de Projetos de Inovação to join our team

Main activities and responsibilities:

Experiência em gestão de projetos em metodologias ágeis;Conhecimento do TechPro3 da Vale para gestão de projetos;Profissional com certificações ágeis;Domínio do processos do ciclo de vida de um produto;Experiência em atuação com stakeholders das áreas de negócios envolvidas com processos de Ecossistemas de Produtos na Vale;Experiência e entendimento das necessidades de negócios da Vale para temáticas de inovação e sustentabilidade;

Required Qualifications:

Atuar em processos de alta complexidade, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e fazendo sugestões de mudanças.Conduzir projetos em sua área de atuação, repensando métodos e padrões existentes.Analisar dados / informações elaborando estudos que apoiem a tomada de decisão.Apoiar a liderança na orientação da equipe.Recebe orientações da liderança para a execução de novas responsabilidades, ou que fogem aos padrões da área, ou para a resolução de problemas complexos / inusitados.Liderar projetos de inovação de média complexidade, junto a time multidisciplinares, desde entendimento das necessidades dos consumidores, implicações do mercado, tamanho do mercado, análise de posicionamento, análise de concorrência, análise financeira, além da construção dos caminhos necessários para o lançamento dos produtos.Propor projetos que ocupem a ociosidade das fábricas ou possíveis sobras de matérias-primas.Participar de Workshops e sessões de ideação para geração de oportunidades de inovação para as categorias.Construir conceitos de pesquisas.Participar das validações dos projetos, tais como reuniões com o time financeiro / controladoria, para defesa e planejamento dos projetos.Operacionalizar os lançamentos dos produtos, avaliando todos os riscos antes da execução.Conduzir a execução dos projetos com todos os stakeholders envolvidos, garantindo as entregas no prazo, com qualidade, identificando as atividades críticas e interdependências necessárias.Coletar e acompanhar KPIs pós lançamento dos produtos, a fim de avaliar a performance da categoria, entender possíveis GAPs e oportunidades.
