Sobre a vaga:

Nesta posição de Marketing Developer, ficará responsável pelo atendimento da região de Maranhão e Piauí, atuação como cidade sede em Balsas/MA.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Atuação estratégica com influenciadores, consultores e RTCs da região, incluindo treinamentos e suporte técnico.

  • Condução de ações regionais como vitrines, eventos de lançamento e grandes dias de campo.

  • Desenvolvimento e ajuste regional de posicionamento técnico do portfólio FMC, incluindo comparativos com concorrentes.

  • Planejamento e execução do pré-lançamento de NPIs e protocolos de pesquisa em parceria com o time de R&D.

  • Capacitação técnica da equipe interna e clientes em eventos, tours técnicos e feiras.

  • Participação ativa na definição de prioridades do Plano Tático regional e conteúdos técnicos apresentados em campo.

  • Referência técnica para os Assistentes Técnicos (ATs) e acompanhamento de pesquisas RET3.

 Requisitos:

  • Superior em Agronomia.

  • Cursos Complementares na área agronômica.

  • Desejável Pós Graduação em Marketing ou Proteção de Cultivos ou de Plantas.

  • Inglês intermediário (desejável)

  • Conhecimento do pacote Office (Outlook e Excel) – nível intermediário.
