Professional with solid knowledge in the areas of government and institutional relations, public affairs
,
corporate communication, CSR, and crisis management. The professional will be responsible for supporting the GRA function in the elaboration of key messages, legislative analysis, public affairs action plans, and social media content management to promote and advance SBA reputation and interests. The professional will also contribute to the supervision of corporate social responsibility initiatives. The professional will represent SBA in institutional meetings and sectoral/governmental forums, always respecting the Company's compliance and legal rules and guidelines. To work in this position, the professional will have to act in compliance with SBA's code of conduct and ethics and under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

• Create of tailor-made content and key messages to external stakeholders in order to present SBA and defend the interests of the company and sector.
• Develop content, manage and govern social media channels to reinforce institutional messaging and reputation.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership including briefings, public policy monitoring reports, deliverables, and executive summaries.
• Prepare presentations and briefings to be used in internal and external meetings and events. Present material to senior leadership.
• Represent SBA in institutional meetings with governmental and sectoral stakeholders, including public hearings with municipal authorities.
• Manage GRA budget including updates on Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze and review bills of law and other public policies and to understand the legislative processes in all levels: municipal, regional, and national.
• Prepare letters, memos, and spreadsheets as required to track projects.
• Conduct research on related industry matters.
• Coordinate and support SBA's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects, ensuring integration with business strategy and community engagement.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You'll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in political science, communications, business administration, economics, law or related field.
• Experience in government relations, institutional relations, communications, and corporate social responsibility.
• Experience in managing or supporting social media content and digital communication channels is a plus. (new requirement)
• Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Bilingual English-Portuguese.
• Domestic and International Travel 30% of the time.
