Responsabilidades
- Liderar e executar atividades contábeis e de reporte, incluindo fechamento mensal, preparação de demonstrações financeiras e consolidação.
- Garantir conformidade com padrões ABB, GAAP local e US GAAP.
- Coordenar auditorias externas e assegurar aderência aos controles internos.
- Implementar políticas contábeis alinhadas aos padrões da ABB Robótica e legislações locais.
- Realizar análises críticas de dados financeiros, investigar discrepâncias e propor soluções.
- Liderar compliance com ICoFR, incluindo testes e documentação.
- Preparar ajustes de GAAP local e conciliações com US GAAP.
- Coordenar processos fiscais com fornecedores externos e garantir cumprimento de prazos.
- Apoiar iniciativas de harmonização, padronização e melhoria contínua para otimização de processos.
Requisitos
- Formação em Contabilidade.
- Experiência sólida em contabilidade, análise financeira e gestão de performance.
- Conhecimento em SAP / SAP4HANA.
- Inglês avançado (mandatório).
- Espanhol intermediário (desejável).
- Expertise em controles internos, compliance regulatório, gestão de riscos e tesouraria.
Diferenciais
- Certificações adicionais em controladoria ou auditoria.
- Experiência em ambientes multinacionais.
- Habilidade em projetos de integração e melhoria contínua.
